EXCERPTS FROM THE FAMED COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY (U.S.A.) STUDY THAT PROVES THAT ANAEROBIC EXERCISE BURNS OVER 500% MORE FAT THAN AEROBIC EXERCISE

……Anaerobic exercise burns 100% fat for body energy …

one hour of Anaerobic exercise is worth more than 5 hours of Aerobic exercise to burn calories and thus fat and Anaerobic exercise brings you many other fitness and health benefits that Aerobic exercise does not.

Technically, the difference between aerobic and Anaerobic exercise is this: Aerobic exercise is that which causes the body to utilize oxygen to create energy. Anaerobic exercise is that which cause the body to create energy without oxygen because the demand for energy is so fast and large that the body must create it from numerous natural body chemicals….

A new Tufts University study found that the average woman after the age of 30 every 10 years loses 5 pounds of muscle, loses 10% of her bone mass and gains 10 pounds of fat. By the age of 50, the average woman is nearly 50% body fat and has lost 20% of her bone mass. The Tufts study also found that you are NEVER TOO OLD TO GET ANAEROBIC EXERCISE BENEFITS. It was found that Anaerobic exercise increased the muscles and bone density of nursing home patients in their 80’s and 90’s increased their strength by 175% and many of them got rid of their walkers.


Another reason Anaerobic exercise is so important with regard to losing excess fat is this: WHEN YOU DIET and do not do Anaerobic exercise, the body is designed to perceive that it is fat, not muscle that will be needed in the future and the body actually starts burning a substantial amount of muscle when you do Anaerobic exercise, the body perceives that it is muscle that it will need in the future and starts burning excess fat at a very high rate … every pound of new muscle created by Anaerobic exercise will burn an extra 30-40 calories per day just to maintain the muscle while you are sitting idle.

Therefore if you build just 3 pounds of new muscle, this will burn approximately an extra 100 calories per day or 36,000 calories per year. Since there are 3,600 calories in a pound of fat, this means you would lose 10 pounds of fat per year for doing nothing … the best resistance equipment is free weights mainly DUMBBELLS.
